Young salary man Daikichi returns home to attend the funeral of his grandfather. There, he meets his grandfather’s illegitimate daughter Rin, a 6 year-old little girl who is rejected by the entire conservative family. Even though Daichi has no experience with children, he decides to embark on the challenging adventure of single parenthood.
