After a failed suicide attempt, Sang-man wakes up in the hospital with the unwanted ability to see ghosts. He encounters four ghosts who follow him everywhere he goes. He then reluctantly agrees to fulfill all their wishes for them to leave him alone for good. Meanwhile, Sang-man falls for a nurse and tries to win her heart.
