The police use serial killer Uragami’s special ability to detect parasites among humans, but he is unable to identify Shinichi Izumi. Shinichi continues to track down and kill the parasites who terrorize the human world for food with the help of Migi, the parasite that infects his right hand, until they meet Tamiya, a parasite-infected woman who is pregnant.
