Serving in the army, Mak becomes friends with Ter, Puak, Shin, and Aey, whose lives he saved. Once the war ends, Mak invites his four friends to his village and introduces them to his beautiful wife Nak and baby boy Dang. Unfortunately, his Aunty Priak thinks that Nak had died giving birth to a stillborn, and she is really a ghost.
