Driving home from his mother's funeral, police detective Geon-soo gets into an accident, killing a man instantly, but does not report it. Shockingly, he hides the corpse beside his deceased mother in her coffin. Geon-soo then learns his partner is investigating the hit-and-run. Worse, a person starts stalks him, claiming that he was witness to the crime.
