Inspired by a natural catastrophe, the deadly floods of 2009 caused by Typhoon Ketsana in the Philippines, the story revolves around a 15-year-old boy who goes on a hiking trip with his estranged grandfather to a mountain above the clouds in order to overcome crippling grief from losing his parents.
