Based on Taiyo Matsumoto's manga, a group of apathetic Tokyo high school students confront the struggles of growing up, growing apart from their friends, and worrying about their future, while living in a violent environment. They are aware their future offers limited options. Even most teachers have already written them off as a lost cause.
