During the Tang Dinasty of China, a rebel group fights against corrupt government military forces, stealing from the rich to give to the poor. Two army captains plot a scheme against the rebels by using a beautiful blind dancer to infiltrate their leadership, but they both fall in love with her, leading to tragedy.
