Set in 1980s Taiwan, after the end of military dictatorship. Mosquito is invited to join a gang after a silly fight over a chicken leg. Growing up without a father and real friends, he is happy when Monk, Dragon, and the others take him under their wing. Mosquito discovers a world of friendship, brotherhood, and violence.
