All prisons have become privatized and run by a corporation. A young martial artist with a unique power named Riki-Oh is sentenced to ten years for manslaughter and assault. Each prison block is ruled by the ruthless Gang of Four, which are backed by the corrupt warden, who becomes hell bent on killing Ricky after he becomes defiant.
