Two new cyclists, Qiu Ming and Qiu Tian, are recruited to support the leading bicyclist of team Radiant. While Ming is brash and daring, Tian is hard working and persistent. Eventually, Ming and Tian transfer to other teams, where each becomes its leader, competing on the track and off the track for a woman.
