32-year-old slacker Ichiko is living with her parents, when her recently divorced younger sister Fumiko moves back home with her young son. They argue heatedly, and Ichiko leaves for good. With few employment options, Ichiko works nights at a 100 yen shop (dollar store). She then meets aging boxer Kano, who teaches Ichiko how to fight for her life.
