Xia Fei Fei is a 38-year-old parking attendant, who has dreamed of becoming a singer like her idol, Feng Fei-fei, since her school days, winning many contests singing Feng’s songs. She is good-natured, often giving a driver a chance before issuing a ticket, but hated by colleagues, like the veteran Jenny and her minions plotting against her.
