Ku, an artist, lives with his mother near an abandoned and haunted fort. Investigating strange noises at night, he meets the beautiful Yang who is living there. Pursued by agents of a corrupt Imperial noble who have murdered her family, Yang draws Ku into her fierce struggle of survival.
