Sean Lau is now the Commissioner of Police after carrying out the successful rescue operation of the kidnapped policemen. However, things turn bad when his wife and daughter are kidnapped. Sean must seek help from former rival and retired Deputy Commissioner of Police Waise Lee by asking him to return to his job and help save his family.
