Discouraged after being rejected by police college, Qin Feng goes to Thailand for a vacation. He plans to spend time with his Uncle Tang, who is reputed to be the top detective of Chinatown in Bangkok. He turns out to be merely the underling of a police sergeant, but they team together to solve a local murder case.
