University freshman Makoto meets Shizuru, who has a childlike appearance and behavior. To spend more time with him, Shizuru develops an interest in his photography hobby. However, Makoto develops stronger feelings for Miyuki, who is more mature. Before leaving school, Shizuru tells Makoto that someday she’ll become a beautiful woman, and he’ll regret not choosing her.
