Corrupt officials of a Chinese village are continually robbed by a masked bandit known as Iron Monkey. When all else fails, the governor forces a traveling doctor into finding the bandit. However, the arrival of an evil Shaolin monk teams Iron Monkey and the doctor against the corrupt government.
