Cheuk Hoi is Chief Inspector of Hong Kong’s Criminal Intelligence Bureau. He wants to restore the identities of five undercover cops who have gone missing. When he learns from a dying officer that there are moles within the police force working for the triads, he realizes he can’t trust anyone and must bring the incognito policemen in on his own.
