As Korea's biggest crime organization Goldmoon expands its powers, police Section Chief Kang orders undercover cop Ja-sung to participate in the New World Operation to take down the gangsters. Ja-seong must choose to either disobey Kang's orders or betray Jung Chung, the Goldmoon crime boss.
