Detective Ma Shan wakes up the day after his sister’s wedding party and finds that his gun is missing. Ma Shan got drunk and does not remember what might have happened to his weapon. After falling in disgrace and his first love is found shot dead, he becomes the prime suspect and must prove his innocence.
