Widower Sang-Hyun lives alone with his daughter Soo-Jin, who is raped and murdered. Frustrated by the lack of police progress, he receives a clue from an anonymous source. Sang-Hyun goes to the home of one of the two murderers and kills him after finding evidence. Now a fugitive, Sang-Hyun must evade police as he tracks down the other killer.
